THE SCOPE
Reimagined, with a Modern Touch
What started as a $1 million remodel grew into a multi-million dollar overhaul, affecting nearly every part of the estate. Major interior changes included an open floor plan, new butler’s kitchen, remodeled bars, and updates to bedrooms, the lounge, great room, primary suite, and bathrooms. The exterior saw a full pool remodel, new outdoor tile, and a smart home system for luxury and convenience.

Efficiency, precision and quick execution
During the initial consultation, it was clear that our client had an aggressive timeline and expected efficiency, precision, and high-level execution. With a crucial family gathering as our deadline, our team had to accelerate the construction phase to ensure the house was perfect in time for the celebration. Our team collaborated closely with J Moffatt + Associates, Inc. (Architect) and Michelle Bulriss of A Lively Haus (Interior Designer) to ensure the design aligned with the client’s vision, adapting as the scope evolved.

LIFESTYLE IN DESERT MOUNTAIN
This is the kind of residence defined by what was already there and what it needed to become. Set within a mature desert context, the home doesn’t rely on views to carry it. It relies on clarity of design. Light is controlled, not chased. Openings are intentional, drawing in the right exposures while protecting the interiors from heat and glare. From the outset, we approached circulation, privacy, and material continuity as foundational decisions, not late-stage adjustments. The result is a home that feels resolved at every level. Clean. Quiet. And fully aligned with how it is meant to live in the desert.

Desert Oasis
A refined home is not defined by scale or location. It is defined by how precisely it is executed. This project reflects what happens when design intent is protected at every stage, materials are selected for longevity, and every decision is made with discipline. If you are considering a transformation at this level, it starts with a clear plan and a team that knows how to carry it through. We take on a limited number of projects each year, approaching each one with the same focus. Resolve the details. Elevate the experience. Build it to last.
